We are a collection of creatives working in the heart of Cape Town’s artistic fringe, Woodstock. Started in 2010 by Paul Speirs and Richard Bolland, New Creation exists to produce brilliant work for a variety of clients (a convenient excuse to do what we love).
We provide innovative, high-end post production services in editing, vfx, colour grading, motion graphics & 3D animation. And eat great lunches every day (thanks, Ali). With quality people, like Allison, Andrew and Joe on board, we’ve been able to take on larger projects locally and internationally.
We’ve also directed commercials, taken on various social awareness projects and hired our studio and green screen to friendly folk who need a space to make magic happen.Come meet the team and we will make you our famous Flat White – best coffee you will find in Cape Town well… Woodstock… ok, Cavendish street – number 51.

aka, the boss. Paul is passionate about all things NCC. He studied in Cape Town and Los Angeles and has managed the team of creative talent since the Collectives inception. He has over a decade working experience in the industry and specializes in editing, colour-grading and oftentimes filming and directing!
As creative director he continues to pioneer the company towards further international projects, feature films and staying up to date with every thing post-production.
Paul’s claim to fame is his inappropriate sense of humour and affinity for mirrors. (can you blame him? – see profile pic) -
